About TraderCongress
TraderCongress brings transparency to political trading by aggregating publicly available financial disclosures into a single, easy-to-use dashboard.
What We Do
Members of Congress are required by the STOCK Act to disclose their stock trades within 45 days. TraderCongress collects these disclosures alongside government contracts, lobbying records, insider trading filings, and federal spending data — giving you a comprehensive view of the intersection between politics and markets.
Our Data Sources
- Senate & House Disclosures — Congressional trades, government contracts, lobbying data, insider filings, and off-exchange signals
- Federal Spending — Contract awards and agency spending data from official government databases
- SEC EDGAR — Insider trading Form 4 filings
